Pre-screening and Testing – work history verification, educational and professional licensing verification, background screening, DMV reports, clerical skills testing, in-house drug screening (5 panel), medical history questionnaire, and standardized manual dexterity testing (with established validity and reliability), in-house and client based interview options and resume forwarding services.
Employee Retention and Reduced Turnover – weekly communications with each employee concerning job satisfaction, holiday and vacation pay based on length of service, attendance and performance bonuses, communication with immediate supervisors for periodic performance evaluations (formal and informal), daily attendance records with counseling and warnings when necessary, job performance counseling and workplace conflict management.
Safety Training and Site Evaluations - in-house safety training of assigned employees, on-site safety training and site evaluations, verification of personal protective items, supply safety equipment, customized employee orientation packets including video presentations, and conduct plant tours of newly assigned employees.
